Surface Cleaning


Application: Removes rust, scale, welding spatter, oil and other impurities from the surface of steel structures. Suitable for pretreatment of bridges, ships, building steel structures, mechanical parts, etc.

Advantages: Compared with traditional sandblasting or manual grinding, it is more efficient and can achieve automated continuous processing. The surface roughness after cleaning is uniform, which improves the adhesion of subsequent painting or welding.

Surface Strengthening


Application: High-speed projectiles impact metal surfaces, creating compressive stress and improving fatigue strength and corrosion resistance. Commonly used in critical load-bearing components such as crane hooks, gears, and springs.

Principle: Projectile impact causes surface grain refinement, forming a residual compressive stress layer that inhibits crack propagation.

Improve Surface Roughness


Function: The surface after shot blasting forms an "anchor pattern" structure, significantly increasing the adhesion of coatings (such as paint and galvanized layers). This reduces the risk of coating hollowing and shedding, and extends the service life of steel structures. 

Standard: Always refer to GB/T 8923.1-2011 Surface treatment of steel before coating to ensure a cleanliness level of Sa2.5 or higher.

Special Applications


Roughening treatment: By adjusting the projectile type and process parameters, a specific roughness is formed on the surface of the steel structure to meet special functional requirements (such as anti-slip plates and friction-type high-strength bolt connection surfaces). 

Deburring and finishing: Remove burrs from castings or machined parts and improve surface finish.
